Road Closure Notice – Muskoka Holiday Market – Saturday, November 20, 2024

Residents are advised that the Muskoka Holiday Market: Downtown Huntsville Edition will take place on Saturday, November 30, impacting traffic in downtown Huntsville.

On November 30, Main Street East will be closed from Centre Street to Brunel Road from 8 a.m.  to 10 p.m. Barricades will block vehicular traffic from the event area and detour signage will be posted.

Public Notice of Temporary Service Disruption – Accessibility Barrier; Pool Lobby Elevator

UPDATE: The Pool Lobby elevator at the Canada Summit Centre has been repaired and is now re-opened. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please be advised that the Pool Lobby elevator at the Canada Summit Centre is temporarily out of order. Repairs are expected to be completed within 24 hours, pending part availability. In the meantime, an alternative elevator is available in the Main Lobby, towards the Don Lough Arena.

UPDATE: Please be advised that Hanes Street will remain closed between King William and Morris Ave until the end of day Monday, December 2nd. 

Please be advised that Hanes Street will continue to remain closed next week until November 29, for sewer main construction (from King William Street to Morris Ave.). Local access continues to be available and emergency vehicle access will be maintained. Sidewalks will remain open.
