Media Release: Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry Issues Flood Outlook for Muskoka

(Huntsville, ON) The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) declared a flood outlook for Muskoka on January 5, 2023. A flood outlook gives early notice of the potential for flooding based on weather forecasts calling for heavy rain, snow melt, high winds or other conditions.

Each January, the Alzheimer Society supports and leads Canada's Alzheimer's Awareness Month. In recognition of Alzheimer's Awareness Month, the Town of Huntsville is pleased to raise the Flag of the Alzheimer Society of Muskoka on January 5, 2023 at 11:00am. During this month, the Society encourages organizations and individuals to learn more about dementia and its stark impact on Canadians.
