(Huntsville, ON) As a result of local snow fall amounts and deteriorating road and sidewalk conditions, Huntsville residents are advised a Significant Weather Event has been declared for the Town of Huntsville, today December 24, 2022. During a Significant Weather Event (By-law 2021-17), residents should note caution will be exercised by Town of Huntsville Public Works crews, and standard maintenance levels of service may take longer than normal to complete due to the weather conditions.

Urgent Road Closure - Woodland Drive

Please note, there has been an emergency watermain break located at 210 Woodland Dr. Unfortunately, the leak is located in middle of road and it will be necessary to close the road temporarily. Access will be allowed for emergency and local residents only. This may affect water pressure to the area. We are working to repair the leak, and hope to have the repair completed by 3:00 pm today.
